鲜奶冻
chiu-lien(丫丫妈咪)那里学来的, 我做一半的份量
材料:
鲜奶 500cc
玉米粉 55g
糖 55g
蛋 1个
做法:
- 蛋和糖搅拌均匀, 和大约375cc的奶用小火加热, 一边搅拌至锅边冒小泡
- 250cc的奶和玉米粉预先拌匀, 倒如锅中继续加热到滚 (玉米粉加入不久整锅奶就凝固了, 要继续搅拌到滚)
- 趁热倒入盒子或模型, 放凉后收入冰箱.
- 我没丫丫妈咪那样放椰子粉, 我用巧克力粉和美绿.
