材料:
低粉 125g
糖 25g
溶化奶油 40g
全蛋 50g
鲜奶 140g
蜂蜜 少许
泡打粉 10g
做法:
1. 将全蛋, 鲜奶和蜂蜜充分混合.
2. 加入过筛的面粉, 糖和泡打粉充分混合.
3. 平底锅加热, 薄薄的涂上一层油, 用小火煎.
4. 等表面冒出气泡, 底部变干时翻面将另一面煎熟.

乳酪煎饼

做法:
材料:
中筋面粉 120g
全麦面粉 30g
蛋 2粒
奶 180g (原食谱150g, 我觉得面糊太干)
盐 1/4茶匙
白胡椒粉 少许
pizza乳酪
做法:
1. 蛋打散, 然后所有材料混合均匀.
2. 静置20分钟以上.
3. 加入乳酪混合均匀.
4. 把油烧热, 倒入面糊, 小火煎至两面金黄.
