做了两次, 一次用电饭锅, 一次用电子沙锅.
花生 250g
冰糖 25g
酱青 2汤匙
电子沙锅:
花生洗好放进电子沙锅, 放热水盖过花生, 开大火滚一个多小时到花生有点软, 放冰糖和酱油, 改小火焖四到五个小时.
电饭锅:
花生洗好放进电饭锅, 放水(煮饭那样), 开关跳了就加水, 加糖和酱青, 按下开关. 我放的水不够多, 结果加了几水花生才烂.
